Problem with changing adress e-mail and password !

hello

i had a problem with changing adress email on my acc , i click to change email write new email enter code click send mail and nothing is doing , i wait about 4h and i don't get password to change email .

second problem with that acc ; i change password to acc and log out then when i want to log in it write wrong password so i write again old pass and its don't working too so i can't play now ..... i want to reset pass but it write me wrong email or something like that .... im lost please help me
