Cancell an Account

is possible cancell 1 account???

why do u want to cancel a account that's free in the first place?

account is locked? did you inputed optional pasword for lineage2? if so, there in options (click small icon at top right corner, above 'play' button. it opens 'game settings', where is 'fix game' button) below is 'password set' selection: delete or change pasword. but looks like, 'delete pasword' choise doesn't work yet:

ps: i noticed 'remind pasword' doesn't work too.

 

its a innova feature.

deal with it.

since it will never be fixed - since they services are 'unavailable' at the time beeing when you request that .

also the service doenst work - saying that - install game- when i already have it working .

you need to fix that s-hit innova.

 

i have just logged out and created a new acc

 

when i was testing this system before i putted password, which was working fine before. right now previuos pasword doesn't work. really? time to create new account for me too? :d

was problem fixed? since i cant see any recently added post in this thread.

 

any progress in that matter? i would really want to play on my first account that i created when server goes live ^_^... so changing/reminding/deleting second password would be nice.

 

i also had this problem,
nice thing is that system allows to change main email and login in https://eu.4game.com/settings/, so i just had to changed details in bugged account and created new one with the same login and email as the previous one

 

strangly old pasword works like a charm. using old account again.
