Cannot open L2 Store

hi there, i tried to find an answer on the others threads but i didn't.
so here is my problem, before i took my pa, i had no problem to see the l2 store window, but ofc, i could not buy anything until i get a pa.

and yesterday, i took a pa, for 6 months, and now, when i click on l2 store, nothing happens.

i tried to disable antivirus and firewall, it didn't change anything.
fix game did not solve the problem.
and one more info, when i use the shortcut alt+l, everything comes back to its initial position excepted the l2 store button.

if anyone knows what to do, thx.

well i guess i wont be able to use l2 store.

 

try deleting windowsinfo.ini and repair the game

 

hmm, did not work, and actually the fix game did not even put back this file in my folder.
but, i found something, the l2 store window appears when i resize my game window in very small, actually when the width of my window is inferior or equal to the width of the l2 store window, the l2 store window appears.
weird ...
