Cant't add Special Ability to Valhalla Sword

hi, i'm new to this game and i have a little problem. i'm trying to add sa to my valhalla sword...but unfortunately i can't.
when i trying to bestow sa at the blacksmith, it doesn't show sword on the items window.

is it because it's bounded? or because it has "magic weakness"? what can i do about it?

i tried searching forum but i could find correct answer.

btw i'm playing on the aria server.

random sa from bound items cannot be removed
if you want sov+a buy new one, 33% to get it

one more question. eny idea why i can't unboud it?

 

think it requires some unbind scroll to make it unidentified. think those are only available from events or maybe the cashshop.

unbind scrolls exist on ncwest shop as far as i've seen, here it doesn't

 

i had plenty of unbind scrolls from the new year's event. sadly, they're untradeable.
