for me, the max time was around 1 day... normaly, questions are answered around 15min-2hours... i think that if u dont troll in all threads u cant sleep... :/ feel free to ask anything to support, they always try to help u.
yes ty i got answer very fast but with " there is nothing we can do" probably i must have pa account to be considered. while i was playing aion i got help with same matter very quick by their staff, here i will have to shut up and be milked by my real money.
