DC at login

i'm getting disconnected after character select.

i tried to do everything from here https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=3077
, but no help. drivers updated, checked for viruses with avast, and then with anti malware. the hardware is a little bit older but it should load l2 without problem( amd athlon 2000+ working on 1.7 gh, 768 ddr1 , asus radeon 9550 with 128 mb).as for the internet connection, it's good enough. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1727347138.png we share this internet on 2 computers, my roomate logs on l2 without getting dcs...
i did try do delete sys files and frost files and fix game, but no results.
the game sometimes runs without problems, but 95% of the time ends up with dc....
