Quest items bug

i can't see some quest items in my inventory nor i see any notification when i get them. anyway i do get them, as i progress in various quests. as far as i noticed, it happens only with the ones that have 100% drop rate. the ones with random rate are both noticeable when obtained and visible (present) in my inventory. the problem appeared about month ago. i haven't found any solution here on forum. anyone experienced the same or heard about it? i really do appreciate any help.

can you show us the screenshot ?
you see black icon in the place where must to be an item or .. what ? if you speaking about the situation when "you get an item and doesn't see them in inventory" then re-log can correct "bug"

no, no black icon. the only way to notice quest progress is to count monsters killed or wait until quest log updates. additionaly, there is usually an empty space in my quest inventory (not black icon, just empty), that remains there even when i auto sort it.
