Hellbound and LVL On it. Can we ask a GM to make it lvl 10-11.

can we get lvl on hb from a gm because it's no fun to kill 1 milion blue mobs to open it.
since it was closed because of the new god update and gm's forgot to open it when all server was below 85.
i think there is no problem or bug to anyone if the a gm can make lvl 11 hb and open a hole new area of farm for people.
