    it is very sad that the cheaters stil playing in core, they continue being heroes and boting in fairys. for my any punishment that is not a permaban it is not just

    i don't think this decision is gonna stop cheating. i belive this decision actually encourage cheating. like jerika wrote, what is not permanent ban is not punnishment for violation of rules.
