Feedback concerning Spezion Instance zone violations

k i know a bit more details about the exploit they did and dont agree with punishment
shall be perma ban if it was done after announcement

 

ban all the exploiters
ban all the cheaters
ban all the bots
ban all the fake/scam shops in aden

make an official post on forum with char nicknames being banned on both servers!

otherwise i sense that this server will be dead in less than 3 to 6 months... with some interesting f2p games comming out soon

 

seriously you should unban everyone and fix your stupid game finally . if you don't , i'm accepting all kind of group protests from the comunity , including group court actions against your company , punishing us for your own bugs and preventing us to play the game normally . i'm looking forward to recive allready a reply to mine and my clan e-mails with petitions about the unfair ban , not only for our clan but everyone that was hammered .
i'm not gonna waste my time , putting efforts and money in this game and then get banned because somebody of the developers or gm's was lazy and didn't fix the bug . and besides , in every normal company there would be a rule or at least warning that something is not right , but thats not the case with yours .
i don't care for your mistakes , we didn't cheat and if you find us that we abused a bug in the game , show me where you say it is a bug , and where is your warning not use the bug (because we r working on resolving it for example) . noone of my clan (heartbreakers) used any bug after u announce it was one .
how we r supposed to know that it wasn't right to port with 2 ppl inside ? answer this . where it says , where is the warning about it ? becuase it doesn't say a thing and you can be forwarded with 2 ppl inside , which is not a bug . if u r familiar with ncsoft bans , you would know that ncwest was banning ppl for porting directly to frintezza without them beeing near the npc for it , but they unban them the day after because it was their own mistakes they didn't fix the bug early .

to the best of my knowladge spoot's party was using this for about a month , and we did follow them , now knowing it was against the rules as u say .
well if it was against the rules , then why this ppl wasn't banned 1 month ago ? why you ban them now after they got high lvl ? is it fair to punish us the same penalty as them ?

if you keep your words(position) and you don't want to unban us , resolving this in a civilized way , i'd ask you for your company autorney's contacts , so we can file group court papers and resolve it our way . nobody will tolerate your position against the ppl that pay your bills .

but the fair playing people do have to tolerate exploiters not getting perma banned? even 1 week is just a bad joke.


why do you say that it was an unfair ban for everyone? just because they act dumb and pretending to not know that it is an exploit?
getting several dozen times more xp + drops than every one else? joining a instance zone that has level 90 has requirement while beeing below lvl 90?
sounds totally legit.

if someone leaves his home and forgets to shut the door: do you really think you are allowed to steal everything from inside? and won't get punished by pretending that you didnt know stealing is against the law?

being placed outside the area of npc baium actual location it’s forbidden to apply any healing and resurrecting skills to characters placed in the area of npc baium actual location. such cases are considered to be geodata errors, since they make it possible to use skills not being under threat of attack from the part of baium.

for sure there will be some ppl that make it once and after this none of them use bug again

 

where is the logic here? actually way of punishing ppl is just ******ed, unfair and dont balanced at all - before/after should be just the same - its same exploit, or at least for sproot pt (which made huge profit) it should get bigger then 7 days ban, lol

 

we should all ask for full refund since this is a **** way to treat fair and legit players...

 

i wanted to buy 6 months of pa but now... i will wait for another acting in this case, bcoz im rly dissapointed. 7 days ban without deleting exploited exp/items is ridicule.

i unfortunatly already bought pa for 3 months... i wouldnt buy it if i would know that abusing ( big one) wont be punished. those who were abousing before oficiall announcment are happy that they recive 7 day ban and doesent loose anything, its huge disadventage towards rest of players on server i think innova staff should punish them all like they punish those who were abusing after announcment.

 

xp and items loss should be applied to everyone used the bug before or after the announcement...

 

u can take exp (2 spezions = about 4% u can take even 6 no problem) and items(1 ewr afaik) and unban no problem for me!
