Feedback concerning Spezion Instance zone violations

is not unfair,your own convincement does not make the law,luckily.

only 'unfair' or 'discussable' question is about the same treatment reserved to who did spezion before gm announcement and to who did it after,clearly on faulty violation.
there is no other juridic difference.

but since the penal cap was applied to those who did it after announcement within 7 days suspension,thats clearly the max punishment that could've been applied.

they dont reserved the same treatment for who made spezion before and who made after announcement...if they had wiped all xp and items obtained with spezion to who made it before announcement, there would be no problem...

 

and why should you punish someone for something that is,at that given time,not a violation?
on a law plan, 'spezion abuse' is the 'crime' ,but if it wasnt a crime when sproot and the 'first list guys' did it,so already the 7 days ban,compared to the 'second list guys' that deliberately violated the rule knowing the consequence,its already a clear misjudgement.
cause it comes from a lack of communication from admin/staff of the core server that postponed the announcement and actually made unworthy to increase the punishment for people that didnt violated any rule.

 

i dont care if re enter in spezion was not a violation before announcement

now it's a violation so it's unfair that some ppl have been able to abused a bug that now is illegal..they would benefit of something that would not be achievable now

the essential concept is remove xp and items obtained by spezion bugabusing for all ppl (before and after announcement)...i dont care 7 ban days or similar punishments

to apply a rule it has to exist,there is no reason to keep beating a dead horse,anyway.
no rule/annoucement = no violation.
even the server is virtual the persons and their time/money invested in here belogs to the real world and it might let to a sue for such action.
now i think is better for innova to focus on prevent other bugs to be exploited by testing and correcting them on the way now not in few days/weeks/months.

 

it's worth bugging spezion 2 days and get banned for 7, if you got good party, you got two weeks ahead by just not playing.

exploiters couldn't participate the last week in olympiads so others could catch up.
too bad! last weekend is for cb, and there were not enough players to even start it

ps: btw i see too much ppl who like this decision. i think you didn't catch all of the users who used this bug.
