Critical Error after 10 minutes playing!

my friend has problem with lineage2, he has update his graficcard drivers and do some other fixes but after 10 minutes playing he became a critical error and the game will be closed !

the warningmassage is this one :

try deleting 16_26.unr from maps/ and 16_26.utx from textures/, then fix the game from launcher.

 

it doesnt work :-( ....

no one have another idea ? :-(

 

your os is x32 (in crash text info is not very accurate)?
are you using 4gt (/3gb boot key or bcdedit options) os mode?

 

if you say he updated his drivers ,and if he hasn't encountered the problem before the update, means there is probably a problem with the new drivers. try roll back driver or reinstall driver using a driver cleaner first maybe.

 

are your friend enabled the special grafic effects ? hdr-eff, shaders ? turn off this
also check the hard disk for a bad sectors
