Game wont start! :||

hi all,
since last maintenance i just cannot play the game normally.
when i press "play" buttom, i get "luncher crashed"

i captured it so maybe you could help me.

i already payed 80 dollar for the game, and surprise, i cannot even play it normally :|

note that i could play normally before the last maintenance they had.

1) i tried deleting the frost folder
2) i tried to reinstall 4game application
3) i tried to move the l2 folder from my laptop (works fine there)

btw, even if i delete the game and keeps only system folder and it downloads frost folder by itself, the error will still be the same. :||

can you write which version of file you have?
do you try use frostupdater form %l2-eu%\frost ?

same thing happened to me but the launcher doesn't even start now, i got the 0.0.0.6 version of frost

 

i deleted it tryed to update and same... it dont work, a ja dostaje pierdolca some1 can help?

 

1. comodo (setup needed)
2. sifiltersvc + searchinform skypesniffer (crash, setup is not possible, remove)
3. iobit security 360 (crash, setup is not possible, remove)
4. relevantknowledge (addware / spyware, remove)
5. sandboxie (cheat, remove)
6. wowping (crash, remove)
7. bitdefender (setup needed)

or teamviewer + windbg + radix

i recomend last option with radix.

 

i've got same problem here, game won't start after frost update since last maintanence.

 

i removed the "search & destroy spyware" application and it seems like it solved it.

i will keep on testing it and let you know.

ok here is the solution that helped me.

1. removed av, threadfire and the 4game app (make sure u have the install file from av on ur pc)
2. run cc cleaner and clean the registry
3.reboot the pc
4.install the 4game-app
5. install the av again and perform a deep check

mb try in this order. sorry for my bad english

(btw deactivate av on 4game update (and ye i know it's not good to de-activate ur av ^^))
