insufficient memory.
please check the virtual memory option and avilable hard drive space.
you can check them by going to : control panel->system->advanced->performance->settings->advanced->virtual memory.

it was just at the moment i clicked buy in the auction house screen. talking island town npc.

virtual memory managed by windows, 8gb currrently. free space on disk: 86.8 gb.
the windows installed is 64 bits version not 32 as the error report seems to show. build version is ok.
