Perm "chatting is currently prohibited" for nothing

i played last night. my time zone is gtm +1. time 1 am. experience gathered in a party and talked stupidity on the "party" channel (#).

i have not written much that night. but when i wrote "i see ufo last time in the sky" and "i think ufo create lineage for controlling masses" i got perm chat ban for all channels.
no this is no joke.

now its like 8 hours from that and im still got chat ban. lineage 2 is not "solo" game so i cant play!
