Lag Issues in Siegue

my friends and i play from argentina, as we entered the play area siege was virtually stopped since the issue graphic camera moved very smoothly and everything but the character did not move, any ideas and / or solution for this problem as sieges are 50% of l2

mis compaà±eros y yo jugamos desde argentina, en cuanto entrabamos a zona de asedio el juego practicamente se paraba no era cuestion grafica ya que la camara se movia muy fluida y todo pero el personaje no se movia, alguna idea y/o solucion para este problema ya que los asedios son el 50% del l2
