hello, i have 74lv and i don't know where i can exp. in toi, or mos i have max 7-8% on enchater buffs. this is max exp on my level?

 

you dont say class. try hs (good drop adena rate) or woa on angels.

 

in and around pavel ruins is good also

toi till 76 then start pi quest. meet the elroki. maybe try find swamp pt for 77 and start the name of evil part 1 - 2. and spam attack sailren quest. or get someone who exp you. cp, clan, ally.
