pa problem

hi.
i tried today to buy pa. i sent euro, choose what option of pa i want, click "upgrade". and then i got information: "error, the payment system has not confirmed your payment". ok, it happen sometimes. but it seems that i lost my euro, because i dont have it now on account. plz halp :<

you should have mail confiramtion after complete sucessful transfer. do you have it?
