    i will suggest you to reinstall pc and try video codecs new and old , deepens which windows you are using ( directx) etc

    95% people are fine. instead of writting go ahead don't lose time

    so there will be a wipe on 6th december or so ,then on 7th december server will be live !this means all startfrom 0.and gm said that after the server goes live,there will never be any wipe annymore.

    shortly : what you have now will be deleted.
    on 7.12.2011 server starts from 0 .everyone has empty accounts.
    after this ,there will never be any wipe again.

    you speak like your an innova employee, however i dont see any special coloured names?
    the advice you gave further up about the no video error, is wrong. they don't have to wipe their systems,
    this will just put them back in the same place. codecs don't work, they're not talking about playing video's
    they're talking about the game not detecting their gfx cards.

    so before you try to give advice, actually read up on the problem first. the only fix i actually know of at the min, is to install windows 7.

    some people do not understand how it works...

    at any official game, usually exist: pts - public test server... it exist and it is open when there is something new to test before implementation to live servers.
    so... it is clear what fahrenheit said:

    they will open live server which is not gonna have any wipes in the future... so the regular server you can play for years.

    hope that was said clearly enough
