    before launch you should take care some things:

    • check all errors/problems that reported and fix them or suggest a fix(like notify them that they have to install directx 11 or w/e)
    • take care your site,it has absolutely nothing.compare it to ncsoft's,lol.
    • a redirection for forum would be really good too.
    • informations about shop/pa account.
    • consider that you have to open 2 servers at launch : core & aria
    • a faq about errors or game also it would be really helpfull.
