Problem with launching the game

le bump.

please, innova, its a serious problem. i am not able to play at all, couldnt even on ptr.
contact me i'll do my best to provide as much info as i can.

 

looks like a frost issue. what files does your "frost" folder contain and do you have any frost-related files in the "system" folder?

when i had issues with frost, what helped me was copying the whole lineage2 to a different drive. then i reinstalled the launcher and pointed it to the new l2 folder. after that i deleted (from the new folder) both "frost" and "system". then i launched the "fix" from the website and voila, frost updated itself and works properly.

ofc disabling firewalls and adding exceptions is a must too.

 

did not help bump innova do something

 

i have problem with the page. it havent the button "play" what is the problem???

i had the same problem. i followed these steps to fix the problem:

1. renew frost
2. add lineage in exclusions with anti-virus comodo

 

1. didnt help.
2. im not using comodo.

 

please fix it! i can't play, i have tried everything

 

same here, i have tried every solution and none of it works... back to ncwest i suppose...

 

me also...i can't play cause of this fu**ing problem... fix it -.-

server has some thousands user playing and other thousands user that can not log in ))) funny.. unprofessional.

i had the problem described in 1st post during obt. after live, i clicked update, then added both 4game and innova l2 directories to exceptions in my antivirus software (nod). worked after that.

 

this same problem like brewek. its something wrong with frost.........
