Character nickname problem (not a bug)

hello i have problem. i heard that after beta characters will be wiped to lvl 1, not deleted. i made some various characters. but i have one nickname that is very imporant for me. unfortunately i didn't make character that i wish to play after beta with this important nickname. is even possible to delete all my chars from account? ;>

maybe you can give permission to delete chars instantly, not after 7 days. of course during beta

 

pts and live server are different things, on the live one you won't have any characters created.

 

on 7 december your account will be empty.no characters.hurry to get your nickname when it turns live !
