Bug or just bad luck [dual dagger creation]

after 15 attempts still, i can't get bound angle slayer with haste. each and every single time i'm receiving angel slayer with cd or drain health. i mean, am i that unlucky, or did some one change rate for this type of dagger, just because it is needed to create dual dagger. i would really appreciate, if all you guys (dual dagger users) can post after what attempt you have received your angel slayer with haste from unidentified angel slayer.

ive made x5-6 dual daggerz by now. my best is from 1st try, my worst from 7th.

 

i would gladly pay for this **** if only, there would be an option to buy bound angel slayer with haste from l2 store ... situation like this are really killing my will to fight or to keep on playing l2.

both 3, none haste. had another 6kk to buy 1, haste. like a boss.

 

for first dual dager low r grade i groke 3 angel slayer! for apocalips dual dager i droke 2 angel slayer! i think i am luky ....you broke 15 lool.
