what u wrote i dont call it skill, i call team work and common knowledge
ofc groups that are not dumb like most of the groups i see will do better then the rest, but im dont call skills
and u are right im not playing at moment,but that dosent change the fact i know how the things was worked/work , its not rocketscience
and for exemple if u played aion u know even aion is a **** faction game, u need to play better then for l2 coz of cd of skills, there for exemple u really need to know where to use some skills.
this dont change the fact imo
in oly -gear/lvl is the most important thing
7vs7- gear/lvl is the most important thing ofc teamwork helps alot but u cant di miracles if u dont have gear/lvl
mass pvp -zerg>all
thats wat l2 is all about
if u dont mind this aspects and love this game, its fine u will have lot of fun, if u mind, and start bs about skills and stuff u should play other games imo

and if u knew me from franz/teon u would know im a party guy not solo guy, that's why i can speak about it

 

actually alarion is right, but you are in need of fully elemented stuff etc. and not more than idk 3-4 lvls difference, cuz after that ur skills doing stupidly low dmg+fail/get evaded.
ofc at some lvls there are skills which are rly important to have (89 battle rhapsody, 94 mass cleanse, 95 r95 gear just as example) but its not for all lvls.
