Stuck problem

hi,sometimes lately more often my toon stuck.i can chat use potions everythink except from walking.i press /unstuck and the problem its gone,but it takes 5 minutes to use escape.does anyone know how to fix this?

 

this happens to me in aden most of the time.. just hiting 1 arrow key to move like 1 step forward, problem gone ^^

or happend to me in palaika 61 looked like i was stuck in a wall.. but just tried and tried to get away... somehow i "lagged" to other side :d
