How to play sieges with more than 1 fpm (frames per minute)?

any computer inginer that graduated atleast first semester can tell u are clueless as my grama using pc.

call ur imaginary irl friends, put on ******ed clothes and pretend you are doing an l2 castle siege.

 

usually i play with windowed mode, and it's good for pve. but in mass pvp (like cs, tw) fps goes to 1 or even less. tryed to play mass pvp with full screen - it helped, i have arround 15-25 fps, and at least it's enough to target and do other stuff.
