TW territory wars starts when?

ok castle sieges finished and tw started. when it did hell(7sins leader) gave the order to rush oren castle. we were somewhere between oren town and oren castle when the tw ended; it didn't last even 5 mins. in that time frame from when the tw started and ended it's impossible to accomplish anything.

i may be simple minded but can you please explain how that tw was for castle owners ? the only answer i see is to tease us but i'm opened to discussions.
