Still error no video

    i 2 days fight with it but still is dont work .. i try fix it with process explorer but when i click l2.exe see loading screen and after 1 s its off.. what can i do ? innova do something with this or we can play only on live w/o test chars:(?
    /sorry for my english ..

    please help me if some1 can :)
