Constant update problem (update required loop)

hey people! i installed 4game, downloaded l2, and i'm still getting "update required" on the website, no matter what i do, it goes to 100%, stays there for a few seconds, then shows update is required, looping over and over again. i'm not braindead, and i could solve this with a bit of help, if someone could pinpoint the exact problem. also, i have searched the forum, and couldn't find how the fix actually happened for some users.

do you added exeption to your av/firewall?
its look likes program can't download some files becouse its blocked.

 

managed to get it to play button, now i press it, the swirly thing near my pointer starts spinning for a few secs, and nothing... yes i've added all the possible exceptions in bitdefender total security 2012, and now i even uninstalled it, and still nothing.

and after that delete frost folder and use fix option.
