PA, Vit and drop rate.

hi.
i have few questions.
1. is pa increases drop rate by itself? or increases drop rate of any items by increases vitality?
2. is vitality increases drop of any items or only punches?
3. is more vit equal to higher drop rate of items?

 

ad 1: no.
ad 2: pouches only.
ad 3: no.

 

thanks for answers but i know person, who can't believe that. can someone from administration confirm the above answers?

 

there are also people who believe that spoiling reduces drop rate, etc. ppl have lots of unfounded superstitions. he's right, in terms of drop rate, vit only affects pouches drop rate.

to clarify:

pa does not increase the drop rate and vitality only effects the drop chance of weapon/armor pouches.
