Recharge did not work correctly (lvl >80<85)

hi. recharge did not work correctly. my lvl 83 mage get only 130 mp from a lvl 82 heal. that cannot be correct cause the pure rechargeskill provide 136 mp and with passiv mp gain it must be 300+ mp. this problem start at lvl 80 and i was thinking that it might be a problem with chars lvl <80.

 

recharge is level dependant, you have to enchant it if you want to recharge higher lvl char.

 

where you got that information? i can only enchant that skill for power that increase the power. only read that it decrease with a lvldifferece of 5 lvl or more.

 

the last level you can learn recharge is 74 so from 74 to 83 is higher than 5.+1 enchant makes your recharge lvl 76 and every 2 enchants after that increase the mp restored afaik.

 

u need bout +7 skil lto recharge normaly on 83lvl

 

sry but i cant belive that. what is with my kokabura? it was lvl 55 and i was lvl 70. i got the full mana recharge. now it is lvl 70 and i 83 and i get a **** recharge. if your information is true why i got mana from a lvl 55 kokabura?

 

doesn't matter the level of the healer, just the level of the skill (and a not enchanted recharge is level 74).
as other people said, you have to enchant recharge to get no penalty with higher level chars (doesn't matter if power or cost, just enchant it).

to recharge a level 83 target with no penalty, recharge must be at least +7
(penalty starts with 6 level difference; +0 skill → 74, +1,2,3 → 76, +4,5,6 → 77, +7,8,9 → 78, and so on).

if you still can't believe, see the mp recharged with a +0 recharge, than try +1; you'll start noticing a small difference.

about kookaburra, its recharge skills have higher levels than recharge from players, so a kooka 55 can easily recharge a lvl 70 player.

 

enchant for +cost if you want the best mp given vs mp cost efficiency.
