launcher has stopped working

i can't enter the game because i constantly have "launcher has stopped working" error:

i tried:
- disabling nod32
- disabling comodo

and it still doesn't work.
what's wrong?

your problem is comodo fault.
you need comodo defence reconfiguration ( https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=6471&p=59940&viewfull=1#post59940 ) + shellcode injection control (exclusions list)

 

refresh! i have the same problem like this one, ofcourse i did what kall wrote about antivirus.i doesnt work for me.

 

it worked for me only when i uninstalled comodo completely.
any exclusion lists don't work. even deactivating defense+ doesn't work

i used the latest version of comodo which is 5.9.221665.2197 from 23rd january.
i don't use comodo av - only the comodo firewall component.
comodo av is not installed (i use nod32 instead and it works very well with 4game).
