works. i had 1 pre 75 skill at +10 which gave me 6 essences. friend had 2 pre 75 skills at +10 which gave him 12 essences. with 6 essences i got myself 3 of the new normal books. also enchant before you awaken. if you awaken and save skills to enchant, the enchant rate screws up and lowers quite a bit. getting a pre 75 skill to +1 with an awakened class is like 80% chance instead of 98% or somehting. :s
