hi, i have a question. it is normal i dont see buffs in "learn skill" in game which ones i will learn on lvls 90+? i see only 1 skill per lvlv 91-99;/ other tanks see more skills, so what is wrong? ps sry for my english, but i hope u will understand what is going on about
