let us know what you think of our support service.
it is slow and most of the time the support are telling you stuff that you already know but saying it in a different way.
once you manage to contact them tough it is rather good. so i`ll go for good hoping that it will improve over by the time the 3rd month poll comes here. for me it`s a little bit above satisfactory , but only a little.
in forum support is great, always try to help all members.
in support tool is great too, always try to help me with all questions.
very bad in technical service, you dont even read what i wrote, just copy paste some random solution that its not even in the topic, very bad

replies in support are very slowwww. i made a ticket in support because i cant log in to the game on friday 27 and now we have monday 30 and i still havent got any reply.... gratz!
omg, it was weekend, who the hell works on weekend? wait today/tomorrow itll be.
the worst support ever i seen on mmogames 48 hours and no reply and wasted my 2 day ingame with damn bug so pathetic
same here ... i made tickets with few problems considering bugs in game + problems with payments which is most problematic one and till now no help whatsoever!

well i got the reply that they get spammed by shtloads of tickets so they cannot answer all fast enough.
in general i can say that my tickets usually got answered within few hours, sometimes even minutes.
fact is they need to spend on some more time than on others depending on the request.
but so far i didnt get dissapointed even once oo okay in last week responses take their time but w/e
they don't answer uncomfortable questions. i had a good start with the service, but now i just find it really bad...

as you can expect and understand guys, during the transfer there are going to be a high increase in tickets due to name changes, clan restore etc etc so that means there are going to be some delays whilst they clear any backlog as a result.
deepblue, paying customers will always complain on any flaw of an advertised differently product. in this world paying customers aren't required to have the ability to understand, forgive or w/e other emotions. paying customers know one thing: expect and demand :d
i for one am a major complainer for every little detail but in the end actually you guys have a quite good support service compared to the millions of problems that this game throws to resolve.
