About yesterday's bannings

yesterday you made a mass ban, atleast on aria server... people who didn't bot but only had bot programs on their computer got banned... (some people play other servers too). is this really a good way to go? are you to lazy to look up who's botting or not? i have another friend who plays with his brother.. one of them is legit and the other one was botting, and because they are on the same network they both got banned. you really think it's a good way to treat your paying customers?

first of all, frost scans your pc for any third party related software associated with botting/modifications to game files etc, you do not need to be running these programs for frost to find them and you were all warned to remove any botting programs from your pc's here - https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=6491.
