Bug On reward "4 class change"

hi, yesterday a complete quest 4 class for wynn summoner and in the statue for obtained rewards only received: weapon r, 2 crystal or change attr s and cloak for wynn summoner but don't can get the essence of giants.

for the time finish the quest had all the skills and increased climbing +1 new skills left me all skills to 0 unless the smart cubic and storms cubic left +1.

well skill needs to be enchanted to +3 or more to actually recieve essence.

+1,+2 doesn't give anything
