disconects every 1-2 minutes

hello, anyone encountered such a problem?
my friend wanted to start playing here, but he gets disconect like every 1-2mins. nothing helped so far (windows re-instal, /format c, new router)

any ideas?

turn off antivirus somehow antivirus and frost doesn't work very good tested by myself with antivirus on even with exclusions i was getting dc every 15 sec antivirus off and i can play whole week without single dc :d

please check your pings to our servers

also check traceroute to gameserver ip.
you can use this tool for doing that.
