In game settings

hi, i have a problem with the game settings, every time i enter the game the settings (like bar position, graphics, audio, party loot, keyboard configuration etc etc) are always default. can anyone tell me what's the problem and/or know how to fix it. (i also re installed the game and try the fix button from the site but nothing works)

 

does the graphic options also resets ? when you are closing your game, do game closes normally or with some error ?

set the 'read only' attribute for ..\system\option.ini and ..\system\windowsinfo.ini before restart the client
