PAILAKA lvl 73 INJURED DRAGON QUEST BUG

hello there i m an old l2 player started today a char here was leveling and when i reached lvl 74 i went to make pailaka to refill vit. when i killed the dragon and tried to give wep to the npc that showed it told me i do not meet the requirment or wrong npc . i speaked to all npc but nothing quest should end after i killed rb. i even tryed delete d quest and take it again but only think it chanches was that i had again the spear lvl 0 and not lvl 2 ( all mobs including raid boss were dead).

i made petition to site but not know where gm see it better.

my nick ingame is arpaxtra plz try see whats going on i m kinda dissapointed this cut my will to xp

hope it is fixed fast so i cna get again in and xp with the event

 

I have the same problem, I killed the raid with spear lv1 and its buggied, wtf
I tried to abort and reset the quest, but the boss dont show up again, only the npc saying that I can't finish it...
Please any GM solve it, its just let us reset the quest and make the mobs/boss respawn again. So easy lol
