Eviscerator soulshots problem?

Hello guys,
So Yeah, straight to the topic. Sometimes when the Heavy Punch triggers, I get one-two hits without soulshots, making my auto attacks hit for less damage. The real problem starts with steel mind on, when I get 1/4 of autos without shots. I Wonder if it happens only to me, or it's ss lag (it doesnt happen on sub using fists), or its known problem. Its sooo annoying
