NO VIDEO CRASH ERROR

hi i know this thread has been answered somewhere but sry i am not a forum troll and i am bit noob with forums can u give me link with some innova staff answering to this problem and i want to know if they are going to be able to fix it for the live server on 7 dec. 10x.

have u tried the visual ++ thingy fix? if not write here and ill explain

 

well yes i did i mean before u even install l2 and 4 game u have to uninstall the c++ on your pc ... but are u talking after u install 4game and lineage u have to do something too ?

 

i will try and help you out with this, i had a error as well and this helped me

go start ->control panel ->program and functions -> remove everything called "windows visual c++"

after they are all removed download this exe and run it, the exe will install the needed visual c++ http://www.speedyshare.com/file/xv7pj/lineage2eu-4game-2.exe

let me clarify this, you do not need to reinstall the game, u dont have to redownload the game
