Momentum Stones Max Charge

i've seen some tyrr wariors using momentum stones to charge up their force energy to max 8 lvl. is this good or bug? they can spam these stones all the time and very fast, so they can have max force lvl all the time and this is a big boost in dmg. earlier gladi or tyrant cant use momentum stones to charge to max lvl. need info plx:d
