They were obtainable from some event, the pumpkins on halloween I guess, so in this case you gotta wait or - maybe look for someone who has them stashed somewhere. Otherwise, if you are a PA user, check rewards on Ancient Kartia - as far as I remember it offered appearance change stones of different grades.
