The goal of this "clan leader council" was to have a better cumminication between them and players, so giving 0 information is the opposite of it no ?

At the moment Council is functioning as it is stated in the initial post. It's a tool of updating clan leaders on urgent and important issues (extra maintenance, game bugs and other issues, recent crucial updates). Information like that is also posted on forum and in social networks.

Thank you for your answer Amarantha, and for deleting the flame poste, but should you make a liste of who is in that Clan Lead council ?
So the communication will be like this:

Admin <-> Clan leader <-> Players

    And not like:

    Admin <-> Clan leader

    ?

I guess members of clans getting information. Atleast my members receicing it. Communication should be
GM team - Clan Leader of clan A - members of clan A.

Me as clan leader can only urgue some tickets or problems of my clan mates , so GM team can fix em with higher priority. Thats how its working.

But if u are part of small clan, try to speak with CM Amarantha about inviting your ckan leader to council. When it started, only Leaders of top clans ( me, Elronia, Defro) were there, but those days also leaders of smaller clans are there. I dont even know all.

I ll just answer to that post because other are troll or usless, that council shouldn't be like you said.
Because the serveur isn't composed with BA/EN/RG/[insert clan name of your choice] only, and there is a lots of small clan or even clanless player.
So what you said (even if you dont think it) is that GM dont care of there whole community but only TOP clan ?
That's why i ve ask them to be more communicative, and dont let small clan ect think that only top clan have right in our serveur.

EDIT: Again, if you want to flame use PM you will be smarter i promess you !

Ur clan leader should definitely contact CM Amarantha.

Oh dont worry about that my clan is represented in that council.
But still i dont know why they keep that council "invisible" for everyone

For exemple, on russian serveur they have a subsection for it and you can translate some key word to understand (even i dont speak russian)
    https://4gameforum.com/forums/1025/

And player make some idéa like https://4gameforum.com/threads/534051/
(Reducing the influence of Donat things gameplay after translate by chrome)

So yes even if my clan is represented, i think this council should be more like i ask it to be, dont you think or agree with ?

As Logy said, not only top clans are presented in the conference. Moreover, list of participants was formed in accordance with the list of submissions in the form that I attached to the 1st message in this thread.

Council is "invisible" because at the moment there is nothing to reflect on Forum; the chat is used to update clan leaders on urgent matters (extra maintenance, bugs, etc, the same info that is posted on Forum) and for us to react quickly to urgent matters like server going down.

The main reason that do not let us recur to the same broad feedback feature as on RU forum is the small number of participants; if we gather information from a narrow circle of players, the outcome may not be as fair as it could be. Moreover, it is easier to maintain productive discussion between clan leaders from different servers as their attitude is not altered by war status/competition/behind-the-scenes activity etc.

If i good remember almost from the start are the same clan leaders in the chat, few would be added later. Needed to make a application for it with more question about your clan. After this Amarantha get with us the contact. I admit there are middle and little clan leaders too and mostly we using it rare (olympiad npc bug, double exalted nobless book what cant delete etc or if she is telling something like time changing tomorrow).
