FAQ problems with the game

before the update i sign in, press play and nothing happens. after the update i press sign in and nothing happens.

win7. cookies cleaned. tried fix button. tried disabled fw.

i dunno if any of these things as something to do with it but i tried them and nothing.

any help?

why i can't login on the site? how i can play when this site not working?

 

now i did and still not working :s

i couldnt sign in with that large yellow button, so i logged using the "sign in and register" button.

after i sign in, press play, loading screen shows up then disappears and nothing happens just like before.

this is not working well =(

 

exactly same problem i have too... i press play, i see small loading screen and after 10 sec it ends.

 

ok. i solved the problem.

i have comodo that sometimes (like this one) it's a pain in the ***.

you just need to add an exclusion for frost.exe and l2.exe on your defense+ settings - exclusion control settings - exclusions. (not defense+ trusted files nor firewall in this case)

i don't know if its needed to add both, i did and it worked. i can try to try with just one but now im gonna play

 

npc of cruma not working ;(

 

anyone know if its possible to connect using proxy ? (firewalls on the way that i can do nothing about )

 

is anyone else confronted with this situation. you get d/c or crit and you can't log back cus it states account already in use or game crashes with win7 error(l2 needs to close) and only after some time i can log again. anyway of fixing this?
