Cant launch the game

    Hello,
    Yesterday when started my windows 7 64bit game site give me error 704. Reinstalling 4game application don't help me - now i have "Update" button, when click update process finishing and again error 704 appear. I downloaded all game again - same. I installed windows update KB3033929 - same. When started this http://www.check4game.com/lineage2.en.html pressing "Frost" button give message:
    Frost version specification error.
    http://frostsecurity.net/frost/frostupdater/version.txt
    Unable to connect to remote server.
    Please help!
    P.S. No firewall on PC, Avast antivirus disabled.
