Palaika 73lvl quest unable to finish as Erithea

    Hello,
    I started Palaika 73lvl quest with Erithea character. When I killed the dragon and Orc NPC spawned, it does not finish the quest and writes "You are not the suitable character or do not meet minimal NPC requirements". I tried aborting and starting the quest again, but there are no enemies and the last orc NPC is still there and does not let me finish.

    as I notice, my instance is on for the next 9 hours, so I guess I will try again once the instance is over
