    power revival skill of tyr warrior, works with a chance, sometimes recharges hp and sometimes not

    hm never noticed that "not recharged hp" sometimes when i click i didnt get hp coz i just die in the same time of click ot was interrupted. but normaly just to check never had sytuation about not renew hp.

    i used it even when i had ~5k hp and wasnt fighting, and failed.
