    it was done here like a month ago.. and still same problem, skills simply too late or dont show at all
    some skills like disparition is totaly broken, works like 50% of the time when pressed(actualy registers skill as buff), and 30% of the time it worked it worked badly (still have target, didnt take all debufs and etc), and those 50% that it doesnt work u simply press skill > it uses> no effect (still in stun or silence or etc) and have reuse 10mins to press "lotery button" again
